Refund policy
TIM'S BIKE SHOP RETURN POLICY
Tim's Bike Shop return policy for all products purchased at its store or through its website are limited to the following express terms and conditions:
PRODUCTS NOT SUBJECT TO RETURN
The following products cannot be returned, exchanged or subject to any credit by Tim's Bike Shop unless otherwise covered by an express warranty of manufacturer:
- Products sold "On Sale", "Close Out" or at a discounted price.
- The sale of product shipped outside of the United States.
- Custom build bikes and wheels.
- Special Orders
- Excluded Products
APPAREL AND PROTECTION
We want you to find the perfect fit when it comes to apparel and protection. Due to this, the following return policies apply:
- Apparel and protection are subject to Tim's Bike Shop typical 30 day and 60 day return policies by Tim's Bike Shop for orders within the continental USA.
30 DAY RETURNS
All other products may be returned for a 20% restock fee if delivered to a Tim's Bike Shop store within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product, or pick up from Tim's Bike Shop. To qualify for the 80% refund, all returned products must be undamaged, in new condition and with all original packaging. Items that are returned with damaged or missing packaging will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Refunds should be requested and processed in a Tim's Bike Shop store or through its online refund system below.
All eligible refunds will be processed as follows:
- Cash or check payments will be subject to a cash refund.
- Credit card payments will be subject to a credit against the card originally used to make the purchase. If the original credit card cannot be presented then the refund will be provided through a Tim's Bike Shop gift card.
- Debit card payments will be refunded through a credit on the debit card, if it is not available through a Tim's Bike Shop gift card.
- Gift card payments will be refunded through a credit back on the original gift card or through a new Tim's Bike Shop gift card.
- Payments made through our website will be subject to a refund through the same payment method used (Credit/Debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay Installments, and gift card).
Shipping costs for a purchase shall not be subject to refund, unless the product was originally delivered to the buyer in a damaged condition.
31-60 DAY RETURNS
Except for Excluded Products, all products may be returned within 31-60 days from the date of delivery of the product, or pick up from Tim's Bike Shop. To qualify for a refund during this time period, all returned products must be undamaged in new condition and with all original packaging. Items that are returned with damaged or missing packaging will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
All refunds during this time period will be exclusively through “In Store Credit” or a Tim's Bike Shop gift card.
Refunds during this time period should be requested and processed in a Tim's Bike Shop store or through its online refund system. Shipping costs for a purchase shall not be subject to refund, unless the product was originally delivered to the buyer in a damaged condition.
REFUNDS
- Please allow 1-2 weeks once the item is received to process the refund.

Tim's Bike Shop reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.
EXCHANGES
Tim's Bike Shop is not currently offering exchanges. If you need a different item than the one you purchased, please submit your return first, and then place an order for the correct item.
RETURNING OF ALL QUALIFYING PRODUCTS
To qualify for any refund, products must be returned to a Tim's Bike Shop store within the time periods set out above, or shipped back to Tim's Bike Shop subject to a “Return Merchandise Authorization” from Tim's Bike Shop. The product must be shipped back to Tim's Bike Shop within thirty days after receipt of a Return Merchandise Authorization. Customer shall pay for all shipping costs associated with any return.
